This half-day, intensive Clinic will explore how prestige marketers can drive sales by giving consumers the ability to transact via a brand’s site (e-commerce); mobile site, smartphone, and tablet apps (m-commerce); and Facebook (f-commerce).
The explosion of social media and portable smart devices—combined with the sheer quantity of time consumers spend online—means brands have more occasions than ever to “be” where their customers are and turn browsing into buying. However, results of L2 Digital IQ Index® studies reveal that few prestige brands have achieved “Genius”-level competence across all online commerce platforms. While many have respectable e-commerce-enabled sites, few have evolved beyond to integrate transactions on mobile and Facebook.
