L2: A think tank for digital innovation. We are a membership organization that brings together thought leadership from academia and industry to help brands navigate the changing digital landscape. Drawing from original research, best practices, and emerging trends, L2 distills this intellectual capital and makes it actionable for our partners. Founded by Scott Galloway (Founder, Red Envelope and Prophet Brand Strategy), L2 partners with prestige brands–such as LVMH, Gucci Group, Four Seasons, Ralph Lauren and Richemont–on their digital marketing and social media strategies.

We seek outstanding analysts to join our Consulting and Research teams. Client-facing consulting engagements focus on garnering greater ROI on digital initiatives through developing digital brand roadmaps, social media strategies and site optimization. Digital IQ Index® research teams provide brands within Luxury, Retail, Travel, Publishing, Beauty and Fashion industries with a benchmark to rigorously measure digital competence against peers.

Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate on research agenda setting
  • Analyze and synthesize quantitative and qualitative findings on Search Engine Optimization, Social Media, Mobile, Site platform, E-commerce, Digital Marketing
  • Develop innovative frameworks for presentation of findings
  • Use visuals and prose to bring data to life
  • Interface with prestige executives and L2 media and agency partners

    The position offers extensive exposure to digital marketing, consulting, and the prestige industry. L2 is a high-growth start-up that offers substantial opportunity for advancement. Compensation includes salary, bonus and potential equity participation.

    Qualifications:

    • 2-10 years of consulting, equity research, editorial or related experience (level and compensation commensurate with experience)
    • Experience or interest in social media and digital marketing
    • Fast learner, able to work effectively with minimal oversight
    • Results-oriented, client-focused, quick-thinking and collaborative
    • Strong written, PPT and presentation skills
    • Analytical thinking with outstanding attention to detail
